You will see many bowls and domes of stars. You can simply jump up and climb them. If you jump into the bottom of one, then it might launch you up some. Climb up to the bright lights to finish the chapter, spinning so more domes can spawn for you.

All you have to do is hold Right on the D-Pad
and hold LB 
and you will finish this in around 1 minute!

This level plays exactly like level 7 except it's domes of stars instead of cubes. Once again, work your way up to the top by rememorizing star domes to end the level.
