How to unlock the Are You Ok? achievement in Remnant: From the Ashes - Definitive Guide

In this video guide I will show you how to meet the root mother. This happens pretty early in the game and is the first person you will meet for an achievement. Once your quest says find the root mother, you know you will be close. Just keep making progress until you see where I am at on the map. The area will also have a smoke covered doorway to let you know something is about to happen. Just talk to her, defend her, then the achievement will pop once you complete the quest.

This trophy is story related, so cannot be missed. Simply visit the church that the root mother resides in, and survive 1 minute 30 seconds of of enemy waves. The root mother must be defended, as she has a health bar, but after the time runs out, all remaining enemies will be destroyed
