Return the Swamp Guardian's heart to the Undying King (Secret)

For this achievement you will first need to talk to the Undying King. He will offer you a quest to bring him a beast's heart. Except this quest & travel to the swamp. at the end of the swamp world you will fight the worlds guardian, kill it to get the heart. Now return to the Undying King and give him the heart. You will unlock the achievement & get the

In this video guide I will show you how to return the Swamp Guardian's heart to the Undying King. You will first reach the Undying King once you defeat Claviger. I also have a video more on that if you need it. Later on you will also meet the Swamp Queen. I have a video on her as well. She will ask you to give it to her. You can just simply tell her maybe and move one. Once going through some areas you will eventually fight Ixillis XV. He will drop the heart in which you need to give to the Undying King. Just return to the Undying Throne and talk to the king for the achievement. Make sure to choose to give the heart to him and the achievement will pop once the talking is done.

Does this have to be done in campaign mode? Or am i able to do this in adventure mode?

Just to clarify: Claviger is a semi-optional boss meaning that in your playthrough it may be The Harrow instead.

This achievement should be listed as POSSIBLY MISSABLE. If you kill the king before even getting the heart to give it to him, you miss this achievement. Unless you use adventure mode. Who ever posted this solution SHOULD of posted that in BOLD RED text at the top of the guide, VERY FIRST THING.

I just re-fought Ixillis in Adventure Mode and did NOT get another Heart for beating him (no, I did not still have the first heart in inventory, it was already given to the Iskal Queen). Just 2 trait points. So, basically you have to redo the campaign up through them to get another heart.

You will acquire the Swamp Guardian's heart after defeating the world boss of Corsus, Ixillis XV. You will have a choice of giving the Swamp Guardian's heart to either the Undying King or the Iskal Queen. Giving it to the Undying King will give you this achievement and little else, however giving it to the Iskal Queen will give you an armor set that will contribute towards the "Equipment Enthusiast" achievement, as well as a weapon and a trait that will contribute towards "Unleash Your Potential". This too will allow you to fight the Undying King to unlock the achievement "Undying, Eh?".

I would recommend giving the Heart to the Iskal Queen on your first playthrough to acquire the armor and the various other rewards, as well as the weapon you can get from defeating the Undying King, then give the Heart to the Undying King on your second playthrough, though it is up to you which order you do it in.

Note that you must tell the Undying King when you meet him that you will give him the Heart (though you don't HAVE to once you acquire it), since if you tell him you will not he will attack you, voiding the chance to give it to him on the current playthrough.

Both trophies are obtained through unloading the save game.

An achievement due to which the game's plot will have to be completed 2 times . Contradicts the Undying achievement, Eh? / Is he immortal? .

When meeting the King, he will give you the task of bringing him the heart of the guard.
To get EXACTLY THIS achievement, you must agree and bring the Guardian Heart to the King.
