How to unlock the Wolf of the Woods achievement in Remnant: From the Ashes - Definitive Guide

This is one of the 2 possibilities for the final boss of Yaesha. The other is the Totem Father. This boss is called Ravager in-game, but the achievement calls it Pan Wolf. There's two items you can get from it that give different weapons. The harder one requires hitting the bells quickly in a certain order, I didn't bother and just killed him. PanikKiller 13 reported that you don't get the achievement if you solve the puzzle, so keep that in mind. You have to fight and kill him to get this. In order to start the fight you have to shoot him, you can see a small part of him sticking out of a dark cave. Killing him without doing the bells gives an item you turn in for a pistol. Solving the puzzle allows you to talk to him and get an item for a melee claw weapon.

If anyone is going to fight with him, can he please contact me? I won't like to run a whole campaign again just to find again the Totem :(

Don't need to run another campaign, use adventure mode. It's much faster than rerolling campaign again and again. I fought him via adventure mode.

how do i decide which of the two bosses i fight. I just ran into the Totem Father and killed him. How am i able to find the Pan Wolf?

The world boss is always random, so there's nothing you can do to force the Pan Wolf to show up. Just have to keep rerolling Yaesha adventure mode until you get it.

If you choose to do the bell puzzle you wont fight and talk to him but you also wont get the achievement

I did the bell puzzle and got the achievement, it also popped the untouchable achievement for defeating a boss without taking damage, not sure if this was meant to happen but I'm not complaining

I unlocked this achievement as well as the untouchable achievement by doing the bell puzzle. Not sure if it is supposed to be like that...

Can you solve the puzzle and still kill him? (Looks like if you solve the puzzle, you can't kill him. Found out first hand)

I didn't try. I did see a thread on reddit while I researching what the fuck a Pan Wolf was, and it said you can do the lullaby, talk to him and get the item, leave, come back in WITHOUT TOUCHING A CHECKPOINT and then kill him to get the other item.

I have not tried it, nor do I know if it was fixed. Sorry!

Potentially story related, if the Pan Wolf spawns in your world, then this cannot be missed. This is 1 of the 2 potential world bosses of Yaesha.

You can only unlock either this or "Watch the Totems!" in a playthrough since only 1 of the 2 bosses will spawn per playthrough.

Or else the boss is called the Destroyer. Translation conventions .

One of the bosses of the Yaesha location.

The boss drops 2 types of loot:
  • Ingredient for creating the Curse of the Jungle God pistol
  • Ingredient for creating claws "Scar of the Jungle God"
For the pistol you just need to defeat the boss (he sits in a dark cave and his head is slightly visible).

For the claws, you need to play a lullaby from the bells that are placed throughout the arena. In this case, there will be no fight with the boss, but just dialogue with the boss. He will give the ingredient himself.

Sequence: 1-2-1-2-3-4-5-2
*fog wall is between 3 and 2
*boss at 5
*it’s best to stand in the place of the red circle to see all the bells.

It is important to remember that only 1 ingredient drops, depending on how you kill the boss.

I’ll add skylark - I didn’t get a trophy for beating the boss without damage, I wasn’t playing locally, and when I re-logged in locally, the boss was no longer there, in short, I just lost time. And you have to shoot at these bells quickly, before you hit it in 15 seconds - it didn’t work.

5! Once I had to beat the game until I came across this boss, and he was the second to last one. I hope you have better luck. The main thing is not to be mistaken, the trophy will only be given if you kill him and not play the bells. But at the same time, if after the conversation you start shooting at him, he will not react at all. Don't pay attention, he will wake up and enter the battle when he has 1/4 HP left, and he will also be stupid. As a result, the trophy and additional reward for this will drop.

Nowadays you don’t need to go through the game five or more times to catch a boss. Set Adventure mode to Yesha's location and that's it. Only the immortal king cannot be found in the adventure, only the campaign!
