How to unlock the A Foul Feast achievement in Remnant II - Definitive Guide

It appears for this you must roll a "The Awakened King" Adventure mode, it can not be your first roll as the first roll for the Awakened King DLC populates ONLY the new map locations.
On your second & every other Awakened King roll, the new locations will be mixed in with the old Losomn locations, this is key as you will need the "The Great Hall" map.

First make sure you talk to the royal scribe Leywise who will be near the start of the game... I'm not Totally sure its required to talk to him first, but I did.

Then go to "The Great Hall", there you will need to get the "Ravenous Medallion" and open the door to the feast room and talk to the large man eating. You will need to talk to him about Leywise the scribe.
He will give you a bag of bad food for him. (you do NOT actually have to eat food or take part in the gluttony event) Talk to Leywise and keep selecting the options to make him keep the bag, once he does the achievement should pop.

Cenrail adds some very helpful information...
One additional piece of information might be useful in regards to this. The secondary dungeons in this DLC are listed into 3 categories: sewer, city and palace dungeons. The Great Hall can only roll from palace dungeons and there are only 2 side-dungeons in the DLC that roll as palace dungeons: 1. the one in the cave after crossing the large bridge and the one on the right side after you first enter the palace. All the others are either guaranteed sewer or burning town or mainquest dungeons/areas.

In order to get to the palace dungeons you need to progress quite far into the DLC unfortunately as the palace is the last section of the DLC, so spefically farming for this dungeon is a tedious process. (The same goes for farming the Gilded cage for the other achievement). It is however possible to skip one mandatory dungeon completely and immediately make your way to the palace to cut a significant portion of that trip off. In this youtube video the creator explains how that works. I have tested the method and it works:

How will I know I’m in the right place? I’m getting sick of playing through the awakening and never finding the great hall.

Hey everyone my guide is pretty self explanatory but if the achievement doesn't pop for you like it didnt for me on the video go back to the great hall and get another feast masters leftovers and then proceed to continue with the game going for the one true ending there you will have the opportunity to speak to the man out of the tunnels again with a fresh set of dialogue this is where I got the achievement to pop but I wasn't recording at the time

Hi All,

This achievement is currently host only.

To about the A Foul Feast you must clear the awakened king DLC once to unlock procedural generation. You will need to first find the scribe in Forlorn Coast to unlock key dialogue for later.

Once you have engaged with the Scribe proceed through the game to the dungeons in the palace and hopefully you will unlock the great hall. Obtain the medallion in this area and place it in the door.

Speak to the Feastmaster about the scribe and he will give you the Feastmasters leftovers.

Return to the scribe and keep offering the leftovers until you unlock the achievement.

After completing your initial playthrough of Remnant 2: The Awakened King, reroll the DLC zone in Adventure Mode. This will randomize the dungeons connected to Forlorn Coast. Quickly explore the map entering each of the adjacent areas looking for The Great Hall. The Great Hall may be located inside the Palace of the One True King. If The Great Hall is not in your random seed, roll again until you find it.

Important Note: Make sure you talk with Leywise the scribe at the start of Forlorn Coast on each playthrough. Doing so will open up an important dialog option.

Once you enter The Great Hall, make your way to the kitchen which may be located in the basement. Collect the Ravenous Medallion on the counter behind the fire.

Next, take the medallion back to the beginning and use it to open the door to the feast hall. Then, talk with the Feast Master inside. Refuse to eat the food and inquire about the traitor by asking “Wait, who betrayed the One True King?“. The Feast Master will start talking about the scribe, Leywise. Mention that you know the scribe and the Feast Master will give you the Leftovers.

Return to Leywise near the start of the coast area and offer to give him the food. At first he will be excited since he is so hunger, but will quickly change his mind. Continue to insist that he takes the food. Once he does, the trophy will unlock and you will receive the White Glass Bead ring.

You need to respawn the location so that a large hall appears, where in the past you received the gluttony perx. It doesn't matter whether you completed the event or not, you can return to it. The main thing is after talking with him, you need to talk with Leiwise (found at the very beginning of the location, don’t miss it). We talk to him first, it doesn’t matter who you talk to for the first time, the main thing is to talk to both of them. After which we teleport to the GREAT HALL. There we talk with the one who gave us the hunger perk, and in the dialogues we mention to him that we are familiar with Laywise, after which he will give us an item that we must give to Laywise, he will refuse, but you still insist on giving it to him. The main thing is to spawn the "GREAT HALL"

Doesn't work in co-op. We tried with friends to play with different people and among ourselves, but only the host got the trophy.

You can talk to Leiwise when standing next to the Red King (Succession).
