Hi All,
Can be found in the Forlon Coast area after taking out your first dungeon boss.
When you reach the checkpoint at the docks cross over the bridge and drop to the boats. Follow the boats till the end and you will find a wall with hole in it, you will know it's the right hole when you find an elite enemy sacrificing an animal. Get the Poppet off the wall.
Return to Wallace in the ward to pop the achievement:

Didn't get the item when I picked it up. Can I get this in a second run

Just a head's up, if you don't own the DLC you can still play this with someone hosting who does and they can bring you into their world.
You can pick up the Cursed Effigy, but when you return to Wallace to "craft" the Archetype a message on the item will let you know that you can't craft it until you purchase the DLC.
EDIT 12/16/23: Was playing with the same friend today, but we finished my base game campaign this time. After defeating Annihilation, I was brought back to Ward 13 and the achievements for defeating the Awaking King and for picking up the Ritualist archetype both popped. These obviously did not pop when my friend and I completed the DLC together, and it appears you have to finish the main campaign first before they'll pop, but you can get these achievements without owning the DLC if someone else who does hosts.
You still can't use any of the items until you purchase the DLC, however.

During the first playthrough of Remnant 2: The Awakened King, the level layouts are static for the new zone. As such, follow the main objectives until you return to Forlorn Coast near the Drowned Wen world stone and have a clear view of the castle in the distance.
At this point, follow the path veering toward the right of the castle and you will eventually cross a bridge with many long barges in the canal below. Halfway across the bridge, fall off the bridge to the right and land on one of the boats.
Then, jump across the boats leading to the right and back into a small enclosed space. Inside a long corridor that dead ends, defeat a witch enemy and collect the Ragged Poppet attached to a pole behind her.
Next, return to Ward 13 and talk with Wallace near the docks. Exchange the Ragged Poppet to craft a Cursed Effigy which unlocks the Ritualist archetype and the Master of the Dark Arts trophy.

Pretty simple guide on how to unlock the ritualist archetype Once you best the sunken witch on the games main path it'll bring you the second in forlorn coast just look for the bridge with quite a few boats atop of the water and follow the path to the cave where the witch is performing a ritual on a pig deal with the witch and pick up the poppet head back to the checkpoint then ward 13 and speak to Wallace ensuring you have the right materials needed and the archetype and achievement are your's
