How to unlock the Red Room achievement in Remnant II - Definitive Guide

After waisting hours of my time running back and forth in the Adventure mode, I found a different way to unlock it if you, like me, won't have the Imperial Garderns in the Campaign mode.
Move to Cathedral of Omens and wait for a blood moon in the sky, as usual. You can move out to Ward 13 or to different places until you get it.
Now move the mechanism to open the door on your right, the one with the 2 treasure chest... just in front of them you'll got the trap door leading you to the blood room.

Just to be sure: be offline.
-- EDIT --
chwzie pointed out that this can be achieved online too (tnx)

Enjoy.

Wanted to add that you don't have to be offline for this to unlock, as stated in the guide. I just got this with a friend

I opened this exact same blood moon door and no achievement! Am I doing something wrong?

This guide worked for me. Fast travelled between Cathedral of Omens and Ward13 in order to get the 'Blood Moon' event to appear, the sky goes reddish you can see the moon through the gaps in ceiling. Then follow the video for the door sequence.

Hi All,

Found this in on Yaesha in 'The Imperial Garden 6'. To open the room we just stood on a floor panel in front of a Pan statue and it opened. In the previous area we had been shooting purple sprites that gave blood moon essence (not sure if this is correlated).

Given that the game is procedurally generate you may not end-up in the same location, but this confirms they are on Yaesha. If you find them in other locations please comment below!

Video for reference:

Figured this one out you also need the blood moon to be in this area for the panel to open

As Acky says, you need the Blood Moon event in the Imperial Gardens zone. Just getting the location doesn't cut it.

I believe that trapdoor behind one of the doors in Cathedral of Omen probably counts too. Found something on Google saying it's only open during a blood moon.

6 is the power level of the enemies in the zone not a specific layout hope that helps

Run Yaesha until you get into the Imperial Garden side dungeon. Teleport at the crystal between the Garden and Ward 13 until a blood moon is present within the garden. You can then unlock the door, teleporting with the crystal resets the chance of a blood moon being there.

@N7 Krios is absolutely correct! You have to have a blood moon in the sky for the door to trigger. The sky is usually a blueish color, but when the panel will open the sky is more of a pinkish/reddish tint. This is also referenced in OPs video. Please add this to the solution as this will make it a lot easier to tell if the door will open or not. It has nothing to do with the Blood Moon Essence in your inventory.

The ‘Red Room’ trophy requires a bit of luck on 2 fronts. Firstly, you need to find an area with a Blood Moon Room, which depends on what world is created for you; and secondly, you need to spawn into that area when there is a Blood Moon present - this is when the moon is big and bright red, and not the usual white. And let me tell you, these are pretty rare.

First things first, Blood Moon Rooms, that only open when there’s a Blood Moon, can be found by looking for mysterious red panels on the floor as you trek through the jungle. And secondly, and more importantly, you’re going to want to find yourself in Yaesha, where the Blood Moon occurs, and only when there is a Blood Moon. If there is no Blood Moon, fast-travel away and then fast-travel back.

We’ve found Blood Moon Rooms in the following locations thus far:
  • There’s one in the Imperial Gardens (generally a Ravager roll level), near the beginning of the level. Just head straight ahead into the first stone structure, and take the first left after the first lantern. Go left again, and you’ll see the Blood Moon Room in front of the statue. Take the ladder down.
  • There’s another one in the Cathedral of Omen. Solve the puzzle to open the right small cubby hole room and you’ll get access to where the Blood Moon Room is - just look for the Blood Moon panel on the floor.
Simply entering the room will unlock the trophy, so not too hard… when you finally got the Blood Moon to occur, that is!

I know of two places with this hall.
1. Cathedral of Omens, behind one of the closed doors.
2. Imperial Gardens, in the buildings closest to the entrance.
The most difficult thing is to proc the blood moon in the location; it can take a lot of time to teleport to block 13 and back.

It seems that when there is a blood moon, there is bad weather and thunderstorms in block 13.

I don’t know, maybe it’s a coincidence or maybe it’s a true method.
I rushed from Block to location many times - the moon did not appear.
He went to the wolf and killed the doe. Then the moon appeared.
Good luck.

The blood moon is activated only by a timer, randomly at some point from 10-20-30-40-50-00 minutes of the hour. Everything else has no effect on it. Plus an internal timer of one and a half hours between activations. The easiest way to get the trophy is to roll the adventure on Yaesha, starting in the forbidden grove. There is always a way out of it. location. Run, check if these are imperial gardens or a cathedral - wait for the moon when leaving and entering the location. If not, reroll. And a set-up: in the addition (start of the flickering grotto) the blood moon does not appear at all. I ended up spending an hour and a half rolling around the gardens and waiting for the moon.

Let me say right away that bad weather in Block 13 does not affect the spawning of the blood moon, I checked. Current pure randomness and reboot. It could take hours if you're unlucky and that's ok. During my entire playthrough of the game, I never had a blood moon appear. And even when I started rebooting locations, the moon hit me once at 5-6 hours of rebooting. I did this, went to Nerud, then again to the Imperial Gardens, if I see the usual sun, again to Nerud, then again to the gardens and so on for 5-6 hours. Pure random and good luck. Patience to you who will knock it out, especially if you are unlucky.
