Hey everyone.
So for this achievement you want to make sure you've got the infested abyss dungeon near the start of your dlc run it will make things quicker once in the dungeon complete it as you would there's a path for you to drop down where you will have to defeat 3 root nexus along the way you can also grab the crystal staff whilst in this area then head to the emissary boss submit to him and he will give you an infected version of the soul stone then you want to go back to the original campaign of the game for me the keeper was nowhere to be seen so I had to re roll and play until I reached the labrinth then simply play through until you reach the keeper go through the dialogue until the option to give the soul stone to the keeper appears once you've done that the achievement will unlock here's a video guide for reference

For anyone who has already beat the game so you can't access the Keeper, a workaround is to join a random public game on campaign, either in the Blackened Citadel or Inner Sanctum
Blackened Citadel is what you will mostly likely get, because people are looking for help with the final boss. The Keeper is the glowing dude. Just talk to him. Inner Sanctum is when he's the eyeball.

I have a guide that combines the best from all guides to make it easier.
Basically you need to visit a specific dungeon in the DLC and grab a profane soulstone, then find the Keeper in the labyrinth by visiting the inner sanctum in someones game and just give him the stone to be cleansed, he will return you a cleansed stone and the achievement will pop.
More details:
In the DLC main area there is a side dungeon under a waterfall that is called infested abyss dungeon near the start of your dlc. if its your first run it will be there for sure, if not keep rerolling, cross the waterfall and see if its the infested abyss - then run the dungeon and defeat 3 root nexus along the way then head to the emissary boss and make sure to submit to him and he will give you an infected soul stone.
Now the tricky part - you can reroll your main campaign if the keeper isnt available to you anymore in the inner sanctum, or you can visit any other player that is currently in the inner sanctum and quickly see if the keeper is visible, if it is just go talk to him, go through the discussions and select "can you cleanse this (give profane soulstone)" which the keeper will take, cleanse and return back to you along with the achievement.
Some people say that you can also give this instead to the curator at the final boss gate in case you didn't finish the game yet.

I cleansed the soulstone and the achievement didn't unlock. Other guides online say to bring it back to the emissary instead of cleansing it. What's the deal with this?

Get the Side Dungeon Infected Abyss, find the boss The Emissary, and tell him you want to serve under him. He will give you the Profane Soul Stone. Once acquired you then need to start the story and get to The Keeper in the Labyrinth. Talk to him with the Amulet equipped and make sure to keep it, do not give him the amulet. Then make your way back to The Emissary and give him the amulet. The Achievement should then unlock. This is how I unlocked it on Steam. GL hunting

Hello Fellow Steam Achievement hunters,
Here's what I did to unlock this achievement...
Roll The Forgotten Kingdom dlc on whatever difficulty works for you. Make sure the Infested Abyss dungeon is in your roll, it's near the start. Note, you'll also be able to get the Crystal Staff melee weapon in this dungeon. Once in Infested Abyss you'll have to defeat three root nexus to progress through the dungeon. Don't fall of ledges exploring like I did lol. Be advised during the 3rd root nexus encounter you'll face Venom and a few other larger enemies. I used an elemental tank build and it got me through on apocalypse without a hitch. Finally, you'll encounter The Emissary boss, DONT FIGHT HIM, instead go through the dialog and accept his task. He will then gift you a corrupted Soul Stone amulet called the Profane Soul Stone. You need this amulet to get the achievement.
With the newly acquired amulet head back to the ward and then on to the labyrinth in your campaign roll and find The Keeper. When you warp to the labyrinth make sure you are wearing the Profane Soul Stone amulet. For me, The Keeper was easy to find where you originally spoke to Clementine. Engage in the dialog with the Keeper until all questions are exhausted. Then they will mention you are wearing a corrupted entity and offer to cleanse it for you. Give the amulet to The Keeper and they will return it cleansed as the Soul Stone amulet and BOOM the achievement will be unlocked.
If the Keeper isn't in the labyrinth for whatever reason. You can also find them in Root Earth at the entrance of the final boss. If the Keeper is nowhere to be found in your campaign, which would suck, then reroll your campaign and progress until you reach the labyrinth where you speak to the Keeper and Clementine for the first time and repeat the step above. Hopefully you don't have to go through all this and it is as easy to unlock this achievement as it was for me.
