How to unlock the You Shall Pass achievement in Remnant II - Definitive Guide

I thought you needed the full Zealot armor, but it seems that you need to not kill the first 3 Dran that speak with you at the start of the level, and avoid interacting with the preacher, either by dressing up in the Zealot armor as you pass, or by sneaking around the outer edge. as you can see it took me about 10 minutes from a new roll. I had Cottons Kiln as my passthrough, but yours could be one of several other maps.

I believe I found a way to glitch the Bridge Warden, It was done on the Xbox Series X, I hope someone will be able to duplicate it.
It seems if I liquid escape as soon as he notices me and starts getting up, it makes him faceplant into the bridge, and he is willing to talk to me no matter what.
I was able to duplicate it several times.
This glitch seems to have been patched out now.


As a side note the Zealot outfit can get you the "Band of the Fanatic" from this NPC at the start of the map, but If I talk to him, the Bridge Warden always seems to attack me.

Worked fine, no issues in single player. Tried in buddies world before he got armor and ran past him, came back later and he always was hostile.

I was able to get this without wearing any specific set. Don't have the Zealot set at all actually. I did not kill the guy giving a speech near the beginning or join in any fights that were already going on.

You absolutely don't need to wear the Zealot set for this

Thanks for the Guide, made sure not to kill anyone who wasn't necessary, was wearing the zealot gear and that's what made it work for me.

For me he attacked me everytime, I just ran up to him pressed X for the conversation to start (even tho he wanted to kill me) I spammed my y button to skip and a at the same time, having time to get the ring before the conversation ends/stops after him or the other enemies around pushed me away from him.

Rest at stone outside of his area or have him kill you. You can talk to his dead body.

was you the host @BobLoblaw? My Two friends who played the DLC with me did not get all the achievements when they should have but when we swapped over and they was the host they unlocked the achievements no problem.

I had to switch to the hunter and use the invisibility skill (so the fae wouldn't attack me) and mash through his dialogue before he could land an attack to get this. Nothing else I did would make him non hostile to me.

for what its worth i don't think the preacher has anything to do with it. I've run through 2 different times where i killed him and the bridge guy can be talked to.

i think its just don't kill any Fae

After I went thru cottons klytn, I was back in the first area forlorn coast from a new entrance, I ran to bridge guard, he was hostile. So I immediately quit game, I reload at the forlorn coast 2nd entrance. I ran back to bridge guard, he wasn't hostile

If you follow this video, don't bother summoning minions or anything like he does. There's always a chance they will attack something that will fail the attempt for you.

Zealot is definitely not required as mentioned above. I will say in addition to sneaking past the aberration, you also need to not kill enemies before getting to the bridge warden. Or maybe kill less than a certain amount before the warden. I do not know. Either way, running past all of them is easy enough once you know the route.

After returning to Forlorn Coast and activating the Drowned Wren world stone. Continue progressing beyond the canal section toward the castle bridge high above. Shortly after the canal, you will reach a small save point.

Go through the gate and look into the factory on the left, but don't enter it or engage the enemies. You will notice there is an active battle inside and it is part of the Bridge Warden's event. Follow the path straight ahead and up a few ladders until you reach the top with the Mournful Promenade world stone.

Directly ahead of you is the Bridge Warden. Double check the state of the event by aiming down the sight of your long gun. If the reticle turns red, you angered the warden. A yellow reticle is a good sign. As you approach the warden he will say "You did not resist" and attack if you participated in the battle below. Otherwise, you can interact with him and exhaust his dialog. After finishing the conversation, the Bridge Warden will give you the Bridge Warden's Crest ring and the achievement will unlock.

This worked for me, but I also didn't kill the guy giving a speech near the start. I'm not sure if that had any effect or not though.

I'm fairly sure this is incorrect and not linked to the battle as he aggroed despite me avoiding that.

What worked for me was re-rolling, rushing the map and killing as few enemies as possible (I only killed a boss and adds that were necessary to progress).

This NPCs dialogue is all about resisting and urge to kill, which tracks with their being a finite (yet currently unknown) limit on enemies you're able to kill before voiding his passive status.

- do not provoke / aggro any Fae enemies on your way to the Bridge Warden (there are 3 places where you can find them turned into stone statues)
- ignore a group of Fae and Dran fighting in a large factory room

Currently there's an exploit that allows you to start a dialogue with the Warden, even if he's hostile, and get a reward. You can quickly exhaust all the conversation lines, be killed in the meantime, then repeat for the rest of dialogues.

The main thing is not to hit the guard standing on the bridge, as he may get angry and you will not get the trophy! And just follow the story to this location, don’t miss it, talk to him and get a trophy and a ring. The screenshot shows where the caretaker stands.

1. You also need to remove the summoner or handler class IN ADVANCE, since your summoners or dogs will trigger when running past a fight.
2. There will also be turns along the way - we don’t turn ANYWHERE, otherwise we’ll also trim the event. I tried to take it 4-5 times, but always failed.

In general, from all the hints that nothing could be done here, I ran 5-6 times, nothing helped, I attacked anyway, everything turned out to be much simpler, from the very beginning of the launch of the DLC, until this moment the easiest and fastest way to get the trophy is just to run, I don’t kill anyone , it’s not just about the trading post, but generally don’t kill anyone except the boss in the first dungeon, then in a conversation with him he talks about thirst for blood, apparently there is some parameter that after a certain number of killed enemies in the dlc he becomes hostile
