After you’ve made your way to the top of the Morrow Sanatarium in Morrow Parrish (after using the 3rd floor key), there’ll be an elven rune resembling a door on the wall. Go through it to Nimue’s Retreat in Losomn. Follow the path to the bottom to meet Nimue and get this trophy.
If you don’t speak to her for some bizarre reason and miss this, just reroll Losomn in Adventure mode when you’ve completed it and make sure you don’t miss her next time.
