How to unlock the Chaos achievement in Remnant II - Definitive Guide
Act boss of Yaesha. At the time of writing, if you side with the Ravager and kill the Doe, you will still unlock this achievement, along with "Only Human" and "Was This Supposed To Happen?".
Don't know if this might be changed later since you're essentially skipping the boss fight so take advantage of this while you still can.

I'm wondering the same: can't find any clue online yet

I'm saying it worked for me lol. Unless this was a glitch, asI did the fight coop with a friend as host in the past and only host gets the achievements when playing online, it should reward all 3 achievements.
The ? was part of the achievement name, I'll edit it to make it more clear.

World boss of Yaesha biome. Can be accessed after activating the bridge via the water harp.
Must Revive the Doe when given the choice. If you kill the Doe you cannot fight the Ravager afaik.
As for the fight itself. His weak point is his glowing red back. He regularly attacks twice in succession so be prepared to roll a second time straight away.
He summons a few rolling adds in this first half of the fight. He also has a telegraphed shockwave attack that can be dodge rolled. Its fairly narrow but travels far, so a well-timed side roll works well.
In the second half, in addition to the adds he also casts a whirlpool that sucks you in (and possibly drains health?) the whirlpool lasts for maybe 10 seconds or so.
You have two options here. Number 1 is try to run/roll/heal through the whirlpool. This probably won’t end well. I survived this way a few times but only just.
Number 2 and what seems to be a better option is to interrupt/stun him by dealing a large amount of damage.
When he started to cast whirlpool I would activate my hot shot mod and shoot that, followed by my class ability Quick Draw for even more burst damage. This would consistently interrupt his whirlpool cast and leave him open for more damage. Try to finish him off here or regroup for another add clear and stun.

I didn't even realize you could do anything with the Doe, I just turned around and shot the Ravager in the face which started the battle!

What if I attack the Doe to get the Only Human achievement?

The Ravager is one of two potential World Bosses in Yaesha in Remnant 2 - with the other being the Corruptor. If you start in the Forbidden Grove you’re on track to face off against the Ravager. If that’s the case, continue the story until you fight him. He’s not a missable boss if you got this roll, so just plug away until you face off against it.

To spawn a wolf, the first location on Yaesha must be the Forbidden Grove (the Red Throne is another world boss)
