Pretty self-explanatory, this one. All you need to do for this one is create 15 different weapon mods with Ava back at Ward 13. Now, while this might sound easy, weapon mods require extremely rare resources that generally bosses only drop or you get from special missions and what not. So, fight every boss you can. Defeat them. Take their special resources, and then head back to Ava. Do the same with side missions too, as they can reward weapon mod materials too. And if you happen to redo another quest or side quest you’ve already done, one with a choice to be made in it, make a different choice this time.
There are 60 in all, so even if you don’t do every variation and see multiple rolls, you should be able to snap this one up relatively easily. It’s not like the Relic or weapon trophies.
