How to unlock the Shhh...It's a Secret achievement in Remnant II - Definitive Guide
This is easiest in Losomn, the world that looks like London filled with elves and faeries, you will see sewer grates along the walls on occasion. Look for ones that have busted looking bars and stand near them. Sometimes when you walk up to one a rat monster will grab you and pull you in, if you are in a party this will instant kill you*, but if you are alone it will make the 'you died' noise, then you will wake up elsewhere and fight the rat monster elite. When it dies it will drop a stone you can take to the person in town who originally let you pick your archetype and for a cost of the stone along with some scrap and crystals, he will unlock the alchemist class for your character and any future characters you make.
You can find an archetype in the other worlds as well, but again the Losomn one is the fastest. In Yaesha there is a rare chance for there to be a blood moon making the sky glow red in outdoor zones, during a blood moon there are wisps flying around you can shoot for Blood Moon Essense, which you can use to buy the book from the blood moon altar, which may spawn in an outdoor area. This will unlock Summoner.
In N'Erud the archetype item will be in the second outdoor zone somewhere on the outskirts of the map, unfortunately it is beyond the fog that causes you to vomit and kills you from extended contact, so it's something of a pain to find. If you manage to come across it, it will give you Engineer.
*It may be possible that if the whole group, or the last living party member 'dies' this way that the event works with a party, but I haven't tested the idea.
Edited to name Losomn, as apparently the world order is random as noted by WayzoftheRaven.

So this event is in Losomn, I would mention that because not everyone gets that world first. For example I got Yaesha first.

To clarify; there are several big monkes that can grab you. The one in the sewers gave me a ring, and the one in the city gave the archetype stone. The Blood Moon Altar on Yaesha also lets you craft an item that can be made into an archetype.

Throughout Remnant 2 you'll find a number of Archetypes. However, there are a handful that the game has designated as "secret."
These aren't the ones that you get from vendors, oh no, you'll have to go out of your way to find these. Once you've got one of the items below, pay Wallace a visit and use the item to create an Archetype Engram, and unlock this trophy.
There are 5 in all. Here's what they are and where to find them:

There are 5 in all. Here's what they are and where to find them:
- Broken Compass - Explorer - This is the easiest, by far, and you get for defeating the last boss of the campaign.
- Mysterious Stone - Alchemist - Defeat the Manticora (the werewolf-like beast) in Losomn (either Ironborough or Morrow Parish - it’ll pull you through a sewer grate in the wall to The Segments area) and it’ll reward you with the Mysterious Stone.
- Faded Grimoire - Summoner - Can be bought from the Blood Moon Altar in The Far Woods in Yaesha, which you get access to after defeating the Mother Mind in The Nameless Nest. Needs Blood Moon Essence to purchase it.
- Alien Device - Engineer - You’ll find this item near the Titan’s Reach world stone checkpoint in N’Erud, in the toxic area nearby (this can either be The Eon Vault or Timeless Horizon). You’ll see it on the map as a blue icon. Use Purified Salve to make your way into the toxic area to grab this item.
- Wooden Shiv - Invader - Trickiest of the lot, this one: Once on Root Earth, near the Corrupted Harbor is a small arena (through a door where you previously had to do a survival event). Use the Dreamcatcher on the large corpse in the middle of the arena (which you get by finding all 3 statues in the Morrow Sanatorium in Morrow Parish in Yaesha) and you’ll receive Walker's Dream. Then, use Walker’s Dream and you’ll be teleported to a fight against Bane, an Aberration of a Root Walker. Defeat it to get the Wooden Shiv. For an in-depth guide on how to find the Wooden Shiv, check out our Remnant 2 Dreamcatcher secrets guide, which explains how to get it - as well as other uses for the Dreamcatcher.

An engineer can be found quite early. The second zone is The Eon Vault or Timeless Horizon, you need to run along the edge of the map until you see a rock on the left and stalactites from the ground on the right, as in the video guide (en), the engineer will be on the platform in the middle.

To unlock the summoner class, you need to buy a book at the blood moon altar in exchange for essence. And after that, upgrade from an NPC who improves relics

In the world of N'erud, in open locations, you walk along the edge of the map and look for a combination of stones, as indicated in the screenshot (on the left is a flat oblong block, on the right are several stalactites). Go into the passage between them, there will be two platforms, on the top there is a set of engineer armor, on the bottom there is an item for creating an engram for the secret class engineer (can place turrets)
