So there's an easier alternative for this achievement that only involves a single roll of the new DLC:
Assuming you've already obtained the new Invoker archetype, all you have to do is create a new character (skip tutorial) and choose Invoker as your starting archetype. Its starting primary weapon is the Trinity Crossbow, so the achievement pops immediately after loading into the Ward.
You can, of course, go and grab the crossbow on your main character of you're a loot goblin like me, but knocking out the pointless repetition from the unlock is nice. If you don't have the Invoker archetype unlocked yet, you can follow the guide posted here:

In this video we should you how to get the Trinity crossbow & Echo of The Forest Amulet in The Forgotten Kingdom DLC.
To get the Trinity Crossbow you must first find three of the mementos located in the Luminous Vale. You will need to re-roll your adventure mode to obtain all 3. Once you have found three you will need to visit Dwell in ward 13 and give him the memento in exchange for the Echo of The Forest Amulet.
Once you have the amulet return to the Glittering Grotto and find the waterfall just below the checkpoint, when you enter equip the amulet and go toward the mural on the wall. Inside you will find the Trinity Crossbow.

Dwell won't talk to me about the Memento at all. I think its a huge bug I even verified integrity of game files nothing.

I'll add that on one of my farming runs for the three pieces of the amulet, I skipped some of the dialog options with Walt when I first met him. On that run, the amulet piece was not there. On another run, I found the piece up on a rope bridge in a different part of the map.
Not sure how much is random chance or placement, but I did find it odd on the one run that I didn't talk to Walt about the Lost Tribe, I also didn't find the amulet proving their existence.
