I got this achievements when I was in the second part after the freezer when all three of them are chasing you. I’m not sure if having to be killed by the different AI has anything to do with it. Each one of them did kill me in that area when I was farming a skill tree exploit I found (box is in the bathroom stall), and the “loser” achievement popped up after I was killed so many times
