To rename your characters, from the customize screen either at the main menu or before a mission, press 
on a character to change their appearance, and again to rename them.
The names you’ll need to use for this are Chris, Daniel and Kees. I don’t believe it matters what name goes on what character, but you will need to load into a mission for the achievement to pop.
