How to unlock the 20/20 Vision achievement in Resident Evil 0 - Definitive Guide

Here you need to play Wesker mode and play as Wesker to net this achievement. To do this hold down the aim button and hold cn_X. Wesker will charge fully in about three seconds and simply release cn_X. You know when you've done it correctly since it looks like a red EMP blast coming out of his face. Its an instant kill on zombies. For myself I played as Wesker as much as possible until i got the achievement which wasnt that far into the game a little less than half way.

It appears that this has to be in one play through. I finished my first run with about 84% on the achievement progress. Then started another Wesker mode run to finish and killed everything with Death Stare and it still took to about halfway through the game.

You must first beat the game on any difficulty. As for myself I completed the game on easy first and then it was available from the main menu.

Hmm. It took me until the treatment plant to unlock it and I was using Death Stare as much as I could. But, only on zombies, everything else is too fast.

How do you use deathstare I'm aiming and holding X and nothing happens. Can't even do the dash. Is it available right from the start?

Might be a little late, but keep in mind you have to be holding the aim button and X simultaneously, and then release the X button when you want to unleash the death stare. Just keep your finger glued to the aim button and you’ll be good to use it properly.

I want to add that the training facility spawns in all sorts of enemies late game. In fact if you go all the way to the final boss elevator you can backtrack and find the treatment plant has put in new enemies everywhere too. So there’s absolutely more than enough to get this achievement. Individual leeches (the ones moving, possibly stationary) may count too but I’m not super sure on that.

For reference I must have killed 10-15 zombies off a less than full charge yet I killed a good number of leeches moving around died to full burst. I had killed every enemy aside from 3 (4 if you include the boss) using Wesker and his stare - up until after opening the doors with the MO discs, the two zombies in that hallway gave it to me. I don’t believe that’s 50 enemies especially those I had to kill with a tier 1 or 2 state. Solitary leeches though…that could do it.

Anyways as I said at the start if you still don’t have it by the end simply backtrack - gonna be a lot of zombies around, especially in rooms they weren’t before.

So easy to do. Just kill 50 Zombies using Wesker's Death Stare at Full Charge, But Remember. U have to wait when he's near the red Charge color for it to count. Otherwise it won't count tore the Achievement. Once u do get the last kill. The Achievement will Unlock. Here is a Full Walkthrough Video I did. Hope this helps :)

You can get this in Wesker Mode, which is unlocked after beating the game and can be found under "Extras" on the main menu. During this mode you can play through the story with Wesker replacing Billy. As Wesker you can hold down R1 to aim and then hold down Square to charge his Death Glare. He will then glow red after a small period of time. When you release it, it should kill most enemies in front of you. Start killing all enemies you see that way and you should get the trophy around halfway through the Training Facility.
