How to unlock the Centurion Disciplinarian achievement in Resident Evil 0 - Definitive Guide

Centurion Disciplinarian, will be your second Boss Fight.
Centurion, Giant Centipede.
You will meet Centurion in the Animal Storeroom after you solved the easy Puzzle in the Room.
Soon as Billy lifts the Cage (2nd Crank from left) and Rebecca picks up the Key, Centurion will show up in a short Cutscene and grab Rebecca.
(Make sure you equip Billy with your best Weapon before you start the Puzzle).
On easy, it took me 6 Shots from the Hunting Rifle to Kill the Centipede. Be careful, Centurion will damage Rebecca if you take to long and result in Death. On easy both still had full Health after I killed him.
I will update the number of shots it takes to Kill Centurion on higher Difficulty later on.

Just did this on 360 version on hard difficulty... Took 12 shotgun rounds, 7 pistol rounds, ran out of ammo so ran into nearby room and picked up grenade launcher, came back and 2 grenade rounds finally killed it... Funnily enough Rebecca was at full health still.

Before you use the crank and send Rebecca down to retrieve the item make sure that Billy has the Pistol with 15 Rounds, grenade launcher, and shotgun. Depending on difficulty will determine how much you use.
Once you use the crank with Billy and Rebecca gets the item, Centurion will appear and grab Rebecca. Place all 15 rounds from the pistol into him and then switch over to the grenade launcher. If playing on easy two grenade rounds should do it, normal all six, and hard will take an additional 5 shotgun rounds.
There you have it! You have defeated the Centurion. Congratulations!
