How to unlock the A Waist of Space achievement in RESIDENT EVIL 2 - Definitive Guide

There are a total of six belt pockets to find in the game, each of which adds two spaces to your inventory. For the trophy, you'll need to find all six belt bags in Leon's or Claire's campaign. The localities look like this:

2, 4 and 5 not in Hardcore!!!!

1: In one of the lockers in the locker room (1F) in the police station.

2: On a table in the storeroom west (3F) of the police station. In the B-story you will find this belt bag instead directly on the reception desk in the entrance hall.

3: In the vault in the office on the west side (1F) in the police station. The code is: Left 9, Right 15, Left 7.

4: In the locker in the workers room in the middle underground facility. Here you come automatically after the boss fight against G (Phase 2).

5: On the table in the working room in the upper sewer.

6: In one of the sleeping cabins in the bedroom of the laboratory. You must first find the frequency device and use it in the bedroom so that the shutters of the sleeping cabins open.

In my Leon A hardcore play through, there was no hip pouch in the workers room in the sewers, and I wound up finishing that game with 5/6 for the hip pouches.

Not sure if it's a bug, or if you need to complete the game on Normal (or lower) for that pouch to appear.

Oh, that might actually be it. I was wondering how or where I missed the sixth pouch but that would explain it since I only played hardcore. Or I actually missed it but I doubt it.

Neither the storeroom or worker’s room had pouches for me on Hardcore, for either Leon or Claire. Kinda annoying, since that’s how I like to play and gonna have to drop down.

There are less inventory upgrades on hardcore difficulty, so this achievement cant be obtained on hardcore. I only found 3 upgrades in both Leon A and Claire A.

In this video guide I will show you how read all the files, destroy all Mr. Raccoons, open all safes and locks, and expand inventory slots to max. I will not be showing and of the ways to solve puzzles just where all the collectibles and sometimes a brief description of what's right before it in case you might have gone too far. Everything can be obtained up until you get on the tram in the sewers. Once you reach NEST there is NO POINT OF RETURN.

You will find inventory slots as loot throughout the game and they will be in locked safes or otherwise initially inaccessible areas. Use the video in the description for "Lore Explorer" for locations of all of the inventory slots. Acquire them all for this achievement.

The trophy cannot be completed on Hardcore difficulty, some bags are missing.

Not necessary, just pick up all the bags in one playthrough as Leon or Claire
