Story related, cannot be missed, though will only unlock on Leon's campaign.

You can get this trophy and another " Most Agile Spy " by completing the scenario as Ada Wong without firing her gun or throwing a grenade. This is quite easy to do, because in this short scenario there are not so many enemies that there is a need for shooting, and you can run away from the Tyrant. Well, at least on easy and normal difficulty levels that’s true. Try to lure enemies from cramped spaces into larger locations to maneuver around them, otherwise you will be grabbed and bitten in any case. It’s easy to lure enemies, you just have to run almost in front of them, and then the zombies themselves will aggro on you, following you, and you just have to lead them where you need it, and that’s all.
