How to unlock the In the Blink of an Eye achievement in RESIDENT EVIL 2 - Definitive Guide

Preparation
Take your time after the G boss fight to get all the ammo along the walls before ascending; there's no need to rush at that point. Tyrant is a bit of a sponge and you'll want to make sure you have enough ammo.
To get the most possible time I'd recommend ignoring pickups along the way to the elevator. On Normal I was able to get by with a RGB mix, one first aid spray, and one frag grenade, so you don't need to be overburden your inventory with too many items. There's a typewriter next to the elevator alongside an item box so make sure you save in case you miss your mark.

The Fight
His weak point is not his head, it is his chest.

You'll see an exposed heart right in the center. Smack that sucker with your bullets. As for dodging his attacks, it's pretty straight forward. Don't be stupid and keep your distance. After going to Red health pop your RGB herb and you can be riskier with your time spent shooting as it'll take 6+ hits to take you down as opposed to just 3.

When he roars and crouches he's pretty much begging to have his chest shot, to take your big opportunity there. Get enough shots in and his big attack will get canceled as he recoils from the shots. Be advised that he's charging up a move that will kill you with a lengthy, unskippable cutscene (the horror!) at orange health. I was unable to successfully dodge this move at orange health each time he got it off on me, but (I assume) running to the right might help some.

The rubble that falls will be an indicator of your progress in the fight. First two large pieces will fall, then another group will create a wall making the arena smaller, then you'll get the AT rocket. Blast the fedora tipper right in his smug face before the clock its 5:00:00 and you're gucci.

I was able to pop this without trying for it with 5 seconds to spare after doing quite a bit of fooling around pre-fight to try and nab all the pickupables which were admittedly unneeded. I only used the handgun and found that my ammo supply was perfectly adequate, but that was because I made a surplus of it using two big powders before my fight with G.

i think it's best to note that the timer still runs during the cutscenes (it did for me anyways) so skipping them pressing start + x will allow you to skip them.

Just so everyone knows. The flamethrower is pretty worthless on him. If you fully upgraded your pistol that's pretty much all you need.

I'd love to give a thumbs up here, but using the phrase "you're gucci" cancels that out. Good guide otherwise.

The charge atrack can be avoided by putting rubble between you two. He will uppercut the boulder into oblivion instead of you.

Also, I did this with 24 seconds left using a dozen magnum rounds and 260 flamer fuel.

Downvotes are so unnecessary very good guide. I also was very low on ammo and a majority of my shots were handgun (3 magnum, 0 shotgun). I did have 2 knives and went to town until Ada dropped the launcher.

You'll probably have the nearby save on your profile if you've just finished 1 playthrough ('Continue' will use the autosave which might be too late, so then select to load your last manual save). You need 2 minutes, starting the fight on 7 minutes, but 90s should be ok.
I was on standard, but only had 2 magnums, 3 shotguns, 2 grenades, 1 flashbang, 2 full healths, 1 damage reduction, then just used the (burst fire) pistol. Used 1 grenade straight away and used magnum and shotgun when I couldn't miss. Took a hit or 3 but was ok - finished him with grenade and flashbang, and pistol hits are quite easy when the boulder gets in his way. I actually missed the RPG somehow, so grabbing it after getting hit again wasted some time, so 90s seems an average time, even with junk ammo. The RPG needs 2 hits, but you can do 2 quick shots point blank and you don't get any of the damage. The flamer doesn't seem effective - pistol alone is probably decent as you will have loads of ammo. Also, if you let Tyrant kill you you will probably get the option to switch to Easy and restart nearby - but he's not very hard on Standard, unless you have no ammo.
You can run around everything on the way, but a plant zombie will grab you, so the quicktime LB knife defence is fine to use and probably quickest, rather than the flamer.
NB: I think this is only for Leon's final boss fight vs Tyrant ('Mr.X').

In this video guide I will show you how to defeat the Super Tyrant with 5+ minutes left on the clock until detonation. Now I would highly recommend that you have the Lightning Hawk (Desert Eagle) to do this. Also having some grenades and a decent amount of shotgun ammo will help. Just unload on his heart which is in the center of his body as much as you can before he attacks. Make sure to learn his attack pattern so you know when to dodge. When you get the chance when he is still is when you should throw your grenades at him. As long as you can keep dodging his attacks and attacking him back consistently you should get it no problem. You also might want to bring a few healing items as well. Once the rocket launcher is available to grab just pick it up and shoot it point blank even if he is in your face because it won't hurt you. Once that shot is fired and in the time limit you should get your achievement.

Super Tyrant is the final boss during Leon's campaign. This boss will have 2 stages to it and isn't as simple as dealing enough damage. You will first need to damage Super Tyrant to trigger the second stage of the fight, where Ada appears and throws a Rocket Launcher to you. You need to use this to kill it, as no other weapons can. Much like with "With Time to Spare" above, this is better attempted on Easy so you don't have to deal as much damage to Super Tyrant to trigger the second stage of the fight, thus shortening the amount of time it takes to kill it. The video below details the path to take and ultimately how to unlock this achievement.

After the countdown starts (10 minutes), run to the platform as quickly as possible. It will be impossible to take a wrong turn from the last typewriter. Take 2 additional weapons from the chest (knives or grenades) and simply run past the enemies, freeing yourself from being captured by . You don't need to take a weapon with you if you don't have ammunition for it, take a spray or herbs. After launching the platform, kill the boss as quickly as possible by shooting at the right arm and the growth on the chest near it. The boss's charged attacks are easily interrupted by damage, just shoot the boss when he starts charging an attack while standing still. The trophy will drop immediately after killing the boss.

Just when he is preparing a super blow, you can calmly shoot him in the heart to disrupt the attack.

Video hint
We stock up on 2-3 healers, take a couple of knives, grenades, a shotgun and a dessert of needles, do not forget to leave 2 empty cells in your inventory, you will need them to take the quest item first, and then the weapon .
It’s almost impossible to turn the wrong way; you can run past all the enemies, except for 1-2 “flowers,” but they can be immobilized with a shotgun blast and quickly run past. As a last resort, you have knives.
Boss battle is simple, see video. I was stupid and he almost beat me a couple of times, but still managed with a 1 minute margin.
You can pass the boss without causing him any damage, but then you won’t meet the deadline:
If you do no damage at all, the final argument in the form of a bazooka will fall approximately 3:40 before the explosion.

You can die. My fight started at 7 minutes. The tyrant killed a couple of times. The third time it happened 5 minutes 10 seconds before the explosion. The trophy fell out.

The clone of Sergei Vladimir will tie a cloak on his belt, therefore removing his protection from mutations. And when we fight with him, one of his arms will be mutated. Notice that next to his mutated hand he has a HEART beating! This is his weak point! After several accurate hits with the "Desert Eagle", which is called a hawk in the game, a cut scene will start on his heart, where Ada will throw us an RPG, which we pick up and shoot him in the heart.
You can outlast his super attacks or stun him with a grenade. If he makes a furious blow with his claws and impales them on them - death. A pair of heals K+S+Z will help in battle, which will not only replenish health but also give a temporary bonus to defense.

You can actually get this achievement by killing him with a bazooka. I managed. Previously, 20 shots were fired from a pistol and 2 firearms from a Thunderhawk.
