Okie dokie so this is going to be a bit of a speedrun kinda of guide! But at least will get you to the main points, if you wanna look around, and find some papers/collectibles.
1. Skip Cutscene
2. Head to bathroom, turn left from your bed, past the kitchen and the door will slightly be ajar.
3. Skip Cutscene(s)
4. Head to bathroom again, and turn on the light, cue cutscene, skip if you want.
5. Next you will hear a phone ringing, it will be to the right of the bed. Pick it up.
6. Skip Cutscene
7. Move forward down the hall, cue cutscene
8. Go Straight through the room, to the right towards the open window, jump through the window and follow the stairs down.
9. Climb through the window and head straight and slightly towards the left, cue cutscene
10. Contiue down the hallway there will be a scripted explosion and continue down the stairs
11. Skip cutscene
12. Move down the hallway and when u get almost towards the exit, there will be another scripted explosion and than you will get hit with another cutscene, and during this cutscene the achievement should pop!
