Thanks for the guide. Did you unlock anything in the shop before going for that speedrun? Or do you use the default setup?

No, just used regular weapons.

The best way to do this is to obtain the bazooka with unlimited ammo, allowing you to sprint through the game without stopping much to kill any ennemies in front of you.
The bazooka costs 62.000+ points, but they can be easily farmed with the in-game missions like "kill X enemies with X weapon"
Good to know: the zombies behind the barriers not involved in an event won't harm you, will die with one bullet, and count towards the amount of zombies killed.
Best place to farm assault rifle kills : Save just before blowing the shower room in Racoon Police Station with Carlos. When you blow the wall, 9 zombies and 1 hunter wait behind. Kill them, reload your save, etc....
Best place to farm grenade launcher kills: Just after the Racoon Police station, when you regain control of Jill, get the grenades in the safe room then save immediatly. Just after that you have 2 group of 3 zombies. Kill them, reload your save, etc...
Many would recommend to do it during the "hold the fort" battle at the end of Carlos' part in the hospital, but it's quite long and I felt that ammo was an issue. I felt it was faster and more efficient to kill and reload at the 2 save points below.
IMPORTANT: if you continue, or reload your save, the time spent in-between will be counted! (loading or continue, if you die after 2 minutes: the next continue will have 2 minutes of playtime added!)
If you aim for an S rank especially in Hardcore or Inferno, don't forget to quit then reload!

Yeah. Start pauses too. This is easily doable on inferno. Just know where to save.

You'll almost certainly get this on the same run you get an S rank on.
Two videos below, the first has an accompanying timestamp. The first video is on hardcore, but utilizes the infinite rocket launcher and coins. The second one is on assisted, but It's done without any shop items. Both runs take ~1:10:00
An S rank completion requires you to complete it in 2:30:00 or less. These runs give you almost an hour and a half of wiggle room. The other factor is to save 5 times or less. Since auto save is active on these difficulties, you actually don't have to save at all.
Run 2 Introduction - 1:12:10
Sprinter, Sensational Work!, Survivor, Veteran - 1:12:57-2:21:35

This achievement is one of the easier ones in my opinion. I HIGHLY recommend getting the Infinite Ammo Rocket Launcher , and both of the Hip Pouches and all of the coins (At least Assault and if you want to get the no healing achievement you want the recovery coins to) before starting this run. I did this along with the following achievements...
I Might Need These Later! (Beat it without using healing items), Sensational Work! (Get an S-Rank), Veteran (Beat it on Hardcore difficulty), Electric Slide (Gather the fuses in the Warehouse within 5 minutes).
If you want to also get the beat it without heals achievement you basically need the recovery coins, both of them, and if you want (I didn't) get the defense coins.
I recommend killing most zombies just in case, as they are easy 1 shots with the Infinite Ammo Rocket Launcher. Don't take the time to collect anything but easily obtained Hip Pouches, and key items. The final Nemesis fight will be difficult depending on the difficulty, but it shouldn't be too hard on Hardcore or easier. Never take too much risk. Kill all Hunter Y´s, Hunter B´s ALL OF THEM. Dont worry too much about the Drain Demos, they aren't that bad. only shoot if necessary.
During the Zombie Siege part as Carlos, there are 2 parts to worry about, REMEMBER THEM. 1: When the breakers fail and the lights turn off, aim at the 2 door locked with a chain, a Hunter B will pop out. 2: When zombies stop entering the room, a Hunter B will jump in from the right window beside the doors with zombies banging on it.
If on Nightmare or Inferno difficulty: There will be a Hunter Y during the Warehouse Fuse hunt/puzzle. Be careful!
Final Nemesis can and will stun lock, watch out and when you get stunned by him SPAM THE DODGE BUTTON!
I recommend knocking Nemesis down during the segments where he chases you, but dodging works fine too.
Good Luck! If you want a list on how to get the Coins and Infinite Ammo Rocket Launcher, Hip Pouches fast tell me!
