Simple. At the end of Chapter 1-3 you'll come to a large lake. There's a small dock with a motorboat next to it, with a shack containing a typewriter next to it (might want to save your game now). Stand at the end of this dock and fire some bullets into the lake and Del Lago will soon appear and help you unlock this achievement--in his belly :).

So this is a missable achievement?
Just defeated the monster and no achievement.
Didn't look before so didn't know I had to stand on the dock and randomly shoot at the lake.

Thanks, this was helpful. Luckily I made a new save at the start of Chapter 2 so I could just hop back to the save at the dock and grab this.

I have threw grenades, shot the lake with shotgun,Tmp, the punisher handgun and I’ve seen the cutscene several times now. I’m standing right @ the end of the dock & still no achievement, any insight would be appreciated.

🤨 seriously..?
I thought the achievement wanted me to complete the motorboat boss fight WITHOUT getting knocked off the boat hence "Don't rock the boat" at the bottom of this achievements title. I restarted that fight SOOOO MANY times just to redo that fight till I beat Del Lago without getting knocked off only to NOT get it lololol..
