Shoot the eyeball 2-3 times with the rifle and when Salazar appears shoot him once with the Rocket Launcher and he's dead. On Normal difficulty.

That's the way I've always done it. This fight is a pain doing it normally.

You can also fire a Rocket Launcher into the big mouth that can one hit kill you as the attack charges up although this is risky as if you miss you are gonna get OHK'd!
