How to unlock the Ada the "S+"py achievement in Resident Evil 4 - Definitive Guide
Step 1
Complete the game on any difficulty (I recommend Standard). You will unlock all of these as you go and the professional difficulty/mode.
Step 2
Beat professional in under 2½ hours. (No NG+; only 10 saves)Puzzle
As in the main game, there are small differences in the puzzles depending on the difficulty selected. Here you have the solution to most of them.1. Symbols Dial
(as normal) ; ;
2. Mendez Manor
(as normal) Kye behind picture frame at the ground floor
3. Bindery Lithograpics Stones
(different) Place stone A first; swap top with left; flip top; swap left with right
4. Bindery Shields
(as normal) There are 5 shields at the top left of the fireplace. From left to right they are No.1; No.4; No.5
5. Collection Room Lock
(as normal) Beetle with the square horns; Cow Skull; Lizard
6. Comma Facility Locks
(different) 1.Code: 116; 2.Code: 906; 3.Code: 769
Recommended savelocations
1. After church, at the merchant2. bevor the factory
3. bevor the el gigante fight
4. bevor or after the drill
5. Chapter 5 Start
6. bevor Pesanta fight
7. first merchant at the clock tower
8. after the elevator just before the crane area
9. after the gondola
10. bevor Osmund Saddler fight
Tips
1. Most importantly, once you die don't load the safe! Close the game, start it again and then load your last save slot so you don't get any added time.2. Take as many treasures as possible that way you can buy the rocket launcher for the Saddler boss fight. You need it.
3. Complete the first merchant quests so you can get an upgrade ticket. Use it for the weapon you use the most. I recommend the TMP. You can also buy one from the Xbox Store for 3€ if you want to save time. The tickets can be used in the main game and in the DLC.
4. You can skip some Parts by shooting locks earlier from other angles. (e.g. In the sewer system to drain the water more quickly. In the commentary video it would be at 1:15:39, but it's not done there.)
5. If you don't have the other difficult specific Achievements, you will get all them after got professional S+.
6. You can buy cosmetic items that have effects. But you have to complete the associated challenge beforehand.

will my S+ run be voided if I use the infinite knife?

@ReD S1X, I'm 99% sure that your S+ run wouldn't be voided if you use your knife. Here is a video of the S+ run in which he says he uses it: https://youtu.be/XEXIyMr1Ak4?si=3zCADVOsZL3LhUjF

Professional is unlocked by completing the game once on any difficulty.
It’s highly recommended to play Professional on NG+ and rush through it to get an A rank and unlock the Chicago Typewriter/Sweeper
With that weapon unlocked you can easily breeze through Professional on New Game and get S+.
Requirements are to finish the game under 2 hours and 30 minutes and with 10 or less saves on New Game.
Try to get treasure so you can purchase rocket launchers for the
and
fights.
If you want to get infinite ammo on the Typewriter early, you might want to purchase upgrade tickets.
***Hardest section will be the first chapter since there is no storage access until you get to the Merchant in Chapter 2. The chapter only takes about 10 minutes though so it isn’t too hard to redo if you die***
Good luck
Edit: Proof that you can get the S+ rank while using bonus weapons.

@Chaos Mythology
Nothing in the game says that the bonus weapon will null the S+ rank. I've added a clip of myself getting the rank while using the Typewriter/Sweeper

You can literally pay away the difficulty if you so choose so. Since RE4 was discounted during Separate Ways release, I bought every single exclusive ticket on the marketplace to see what I could potentially do with it.
You can sell your tickets for 80,000 a piece. After your 1st playthrough you could sell 19 tickets for the Infinite Rocket Launcher and immediately rush NG+ Professional for a easy A or S.
Once you get the Chicago Sweeper (make sure you buy the reward) start a fresh new game on Professional and rush through chapter 1, if you can get through the castle walls undetected the catapults never go off and you can leave without a fight.
Once on Chapter 2, take your Sweeper out of the Typewriter Storage if you want and your infinite knife if you unlocked it during playthrough 1. Also save if you want to, 10 saves is more than enough and doing chapter 1 again if you die isn't fun.
Rush to the merchant and immediately use one of your tickets to buy infinite ammo.
I sold a few more tickets to level up the Sweeper.
I was able to start from the 1st merchant with maxed out Sweeper. I steamrolled the game from there on out.
I also had enough money to buy 2 Rocket Launchers. 1 for U3 (Pesanta) and 1 for Saddler. You can pick which U3 form will take the Rocket and which will eat endless lead.
I finished in an hour and fourty five minutes on 7 saves and one of those saves was unnecessary I just couldn't remember if I was going to face a threat or not. The DLC isn't long enough to worry much about saving mid chapter so 1 save per chapter is all you need. Feel free to play around with it if you have sections you just don't want to redo if you accidentally die.
I also recommend getting the Striker Charm and the Vintage Attache Case as it will drop a lot of green herbs and it makes it easier to heal off small mistakes you may make in the run like taking unnecessary damage.
Take what you will with this information. The reason it's so easy is the quick amount of money the DLC tickets can net you.

First you must unlock Professional by completing the game once. I would then encourage you to complete Professional once through with an A rank, this will help you get a feel for things and unlock the Chicago Typewriter.
Requirements:
Make sure before starting the run to purchase the Chicago Typewriter from the bonus content shop and purchase the Golden Ticket microtransaction.
Now to start the run, go to the DLC and select new game and choose Professional difficulty. You do not need to do this in one run and dying isn't a problem, when you do die just make sure to Quit Game to menu then Load Game from the menu. This will mean no extra time is added to the run (view this anytime by looking in the bottom left of the pause menu)
Once you get to the first Typewriter collect the Chicago Typewriter from the Storage then use the upgrade when you first come across the Merchant.
