How to unlock the You Talk Too Much! achievement in Resident Evil 4 - Definitive Guide
Chapter 12: During Salazar fight
At the beginning of the fight from where you are standing as the fight starts and Salazar starts climbing towards you, the first thing he will do is make a remark that you are nothing but an extra in his script, leaving his mouth open and Salazar's body exposed. Immediately toss a grenade at his body inside his mouth and the achievement will unlock a second after the explosion.
I must have missed the first time as nothing unlocked, so I reloaded the Auto Save and at the start of the fight, again, I threw a grenade straight at him as he approached and the achievement unlocked.
If you forgot to bring a grenade, the two barrels outside of Salazar's door can drop a grenade (it did for me tho I had a Heavy Grenade in my Inventory) so if you need to keep reloading the auto-save until you get a grenade there's that for an option. Hand or Heavy Grenade it doesn't matter. I didn't try with a flash grenade as I figured why lol but as Mortycai states in the comments it unlocks with a flash grenade as well.

Ramón Salazar is allergic to eggs. You can insta-kill him by throwing one golden egg and then a grenade into his mouth. Throw one golden egg first, then a grenade.

You can find two Gold Chicken Eggs in the RE4 remake.
1. One is in the isolated chicken coop on the east side of the lake in Chapter 4, (side mission request).

2. The other is in the castle’s Throne Room, which you can revisit in Chapter 12 after Leon’s trip into the dungeons. You’ll need the Cubic Device to open the case the Egg is in, and it counts as one of the Castle's treasures (side mission request where you need to throw a golden egg into his portrait).

During the fight against Salazar at the end of Chapter 12 throw a grenade at his mouth. Once you blast his mouth with your Grenade the trophy achievement will unlock. ( Heavy Grenade, Frag Grenade )
While getting close to Salazar isn’t a great idea, you might have to try and go near to his mouth for this. Ensuring you have a grenade equipped, time your throw so that it drops into Salazar’s gaping toothy maw at the right moment. It’s pretty easy to do, so you should have little problem arcing a grenade into his gob.
