How to unlock the Egg on Your Face achievement in RESIDENT EVIL 5 - Definitive Guide

You will find rotten eggs random while playing the game (after you reached chapter 4).
If you found one just open your inventory and pick the egg, now you can throw just like a grenade.
If you hit a Majini he will die and pop the chievo for you.



They drop fairly often on the first level of Mercenaries if you are having trouble finding one.

But how do you switch Rotten Eggs from Merc. to Story Inventory

Drop the difficulty to Amatuer and start chapter 1-2. Run through to where you encounter the female Majini, when you've got her attention shoot her with the pistol once and quickly equip the rotten egg and throw.

Rotten eggs can be dropped by enemies later in the game. Farming the spiders at the beginning of chapter 4-1 is the best place to obtain one. The best chapter to attempt this trophy is 1-2. The first enemy you'll encounter will be a woman crouched over a body. Press to aim and to splat her in the face. On higher difficulties you may have to shoot her first.

In Suivers modes, rotten eggs fall out with enviable consistency, so we do this:
We load the Versus network mode, create the Suivers mode, (no matter what map) we call our friends. After the start of the round, we shoot the zombies and find a rotten egg. The peculiarity of Suivers is that zombies are very weak and are killed in two shots. Therefore, once you find the egg, select any zombie and shoot it ONCE. Then take the egg and throw it at the zombie. He dies and the trophy is yours

You can also get it by completing a chapter from the DLC: Desperate Escape. In rare cases, you can find a rotten egg there. If you are a veteran, you have a better chance of finding it.
