How to unlock the Meat Shower achievement in Resident Evil 5 - Definitive Guide

Can be obtained on Chapter 1-1. Pick up a grenade (a few of them around) and near the end where you're swamped with enemies, wait for them to bunch up, equip the grenade, and throw it into the enemies. Should get it no problem.

If you're having trouble, take away Sheva's gun before starting the mission.

I did the following & got it in 30 seconds:

Mercenaries - Solo - Public Assembly

Choose anyone with a grenade (i used Jill in Battle Suit)

Head to the bus and run in circles until you have a group of zombies

Throw Grenade - achievement unlocked

There are various points in the game where there will be several Majini close together. The first chapter contains a couple of sections with infinite enemies where you could easily achieve this.

The first area is quite early in the level after you jump out of a window. Once you turn the corner an onslaught of zombies will come after you, ignore your partner's whining and lob a hand grenade into the crowd. The second area is the timed section at the end of the chapter. Enemies will keep spawning and coming after you until back-up arrives which lasts a few minutes. If you stay in the house, they may stop spawning eventually so move around a bit.

Difficulty: Easy

If you've been collecting items through the first mission you should have at least one grenade by the time you reach the boss (with the executioner). If not then there's loads sattered in drawers and hidden in piles of fruit, which you can slash with a knife.

Press cn_T and equip it from your inventory. Throw it at a group by the window or out in the open and there's your trophy.

A simple trophy, you just need to throw a grenade at the Majini group. Easy to get during Chapter 1-1, wait until there is a group of 3-5 enemies on the screen and throw a grenade at the center of the group.

Situational trophy. There will be many moments in the game where you can easily complete this achievement. For example, you can grab a trophy right at the very beginning of Chapter 1-1 ...the moment when you jumped out of the window.
The trophy can also be obtained in Mercenaries mode.
