I did it in Mercenaries Mode! You MUST pick Sherry cause she had the electric rod !
Ok so how you charge it you press the

You can track your progress but you'll get it within 2 minutes on the level Urban Chaos if you don't die. Make sure you have health!

Sherrie is not available in Mercenaries. How is she unlocked sir?

Just unlocked it on Chapter 3 when they are in the hospital. Only took about 3 minutes at the very beginning.
