How to unlock the Titular Achievement achievement in Resident Evil 6 - Definitive Guide

Titles are earned through natural progression of your gameplay. Anything like using first aid sprays, reviving teammates, killing zombies with weapons or melee attacks, dying, even just walking and running will work towards your titles.

Play through a chapter or two on any campaign and you should have enough. Go to play game and choose the DOG TAGS menu then your achievement should unlock. If not you can look at the title menu to see which ones you are close to completing.

Titles are in-game challenges unrelated to other achievements. There are 135 titles to be earned. You earn titles for doing just about anything, from walking, running, to headshots, weapon kills and completing chapters in campaign. You’ll earn far more than 10 titles by just playing through the game. 

Once you’ve earned 10 different titles, choose Play Game -> Dog Tags from the main menu and the achievement will unlock there.

After a couple of chapters, you will definitely receive more than a dozen titles, although to get this trophy, you will need to go to the “Personal Tokens” section and the trophy will immediately appear

The player receives titles for various actions in the game: killing monsters, dodging, running, headshots, etc. After completing the first chapter, exit to the main menu and go to the “Personal Tokens” section to view the titles you received and unlock the achievement.
