How to unlock the Zombie Massacre achievement in Resident Evil 6 - Definitive Guide

Edit 1: KashthePrist says.. Multiplayer kills count in other modes.

This achievement can be earned by normal game play. But something to note is you can also gain the kills by doing the Onslaught game mode. If anyone knows if the other game types counts I'll edit the post and give credit. If you vote negative please comment so i can change the solution.

So far I have not touched the campaign, working on the multiplayer first and I’m at 16% so I would so the multiplayer kills count

Simply kill 500 of the infected. Their type doesn't matter; I for example got it while killing one of the big and fat zombies.

Zombies are walking corpses and will shamble towards you mindlessly. Some will have weapons but are usually not very effective with them. The majority of zombies will appear throughout Leon’s campaign and parts of Ada’s campaign. You should have it unlocked, or be close to unlocking this achievement near the end of Leon’s campaign.

A fairly simple trophy. Go through Leon's campaign, there will be a lot of zombies in it (in Leon's campaign there are a lot of places where there are no end of zombies). Towards the end of the campaign you will receive it. If you didn't get the trophy in one playthrough, don't worry. For platinum you will still have to complete the campaign as Leon at least 2 times.

You can always see the number of kills, go to the main menu, then “records” and look at all the statistics for the game, including the number of enemies killed.

Kill 500 zombies. Easy to obtain before the end of Leon's campaign.
