This achievement can be done with 5 people.
All you need to do is host a private Heroes match and invite 4 of your friends in.
Next make sure 4 people pick the same team by using the RB which should change a little symbol beside theirs names to either a Skull or an Umbrella symbol (does matter which).
And of course 1 player be in the other team by themselves.
Now start up a match on any map and just meet up at either spawn and have the player by himself go and kill the other 4 Heroes in the other team.

Just a tip. Seems to go smoothest if the person killing is using their pistol. I haven't seen a blood frenzy trigger once doing that (had 6 people to go through when I did it), and the pistol kills pretty quickly with headshots. Plus you don't get the knockdown from a shotgun. A sniper might work well too.

This solution is for those that prefer or desire to get this achievement legimately without boosting.
I went about this achievement a little different. I'd hit about level 70 before it dawned on me what I should do. In heroes mode it can be difficult to kill someone because of the amount of health you start with. So you need some way to compensate for the health factor as well as teh lag of most of online games in RE:OCR. I consider this method extremely "cheap", but it is effective.
Solution:
Enter a game. Get to the character selection screen. Now choose Lone Wolf if you're on the USS or choose Carlos if you're on the Spec Ops side. It helps to have both of these characters' abilities maxed out (just play a couple levels of story mode if you need xp). When it comes time to choose your weapons and abilities you're going to want "Guns-A-Blazing" for your ability/perk. The goal here is to find a grenade launcher, use the guns-a-blazing ability and spam the enemy with grenades until they die. Also you want a reliable weapon just-in-case, I usually start with a Juggernaut and a Samurai Edge pistol.
Couple things to note here. Make sure you know where the grenade launcher is located in the map you're playing. Always keep a health spray and anti-viral on you at all times. You will regret it otherwise. What I like to do is: while I'm letting my guns-a-blazing ability recharge, I'll go look for first aid sprays, then head back to the action all refreshed.

Dude not at all. I didn't say this was my strategy for every map and every game mode. I have tons of different strategy for different situations. And unlike you, you child, I don't spend all day boosting because I'm good enough at games and able to think outside the box of conventional strategy. So you might as well get off your high horse because you're nothing compared to me as a gamer. I think boosters like you are the ones who truly ruin online play. Also hope you're having lots of fun pounding out those Disney, Pixar, and Lego games... You seem to have played almost all of them boy.

When you create the game you may have the problem of to many zombies following you to the other player locations and caused to much interference
what we did -
MAP - Train Wreck
6 players - 4 on the skull (skull Heroes, being killed) 2 on the flower (flower is obviously the bad team doing the killing)
1person on the flower team protects the other player by killing and distracting zombies, whilst the other player kills the heroe team
Heroes there is a ladder to the side, or a stairs behind everyone go up there until you come to a little bit you can all squeeze down together near the ladder, this will provide a vantage point where you can shoot zombies coming into building but also chamber special infected making easier to kill - which there will be less interference from the AI

Maximum Players Needed to Boost: At least 5+
This is a Versus Mode trophy and can be done either in "Public" or "Private" matches. This can only be done in the Heroes match type. Heroes are a team-base match where your objectives are to eliminate everyone on the opposing team. The team that works together will be the winners, but for this trophy you must be the one who kills all 4 opponent Heroes. Once the 4th Hero or last person on team dies, the match will end and the ones who survived will win the match. It's also worth mentioning that a Hero character has more health than the normal characters in the game. The unique thing about Heroes is that you play as following famous Resident Evil characters:
If you're killed, then you won't respawn as your original character. Instead, players will respawn as either the following Spec Ops or U.S.S. characters:
How to Boost eliminating 4 Heroes:
- Start a PS3 Chat and invite the boosters into it.
- Have a leader start a squad and invite three boosters into the party.
- Have the squad leader start a Private Heroes match and quickly invite the 5th booster into the private lobby matchmaking screen.
- This can be done on any Stage map, but I suggest doing the Gas Station Stage called Apocalypse because it's easier to get to a good location for the person doing the trophy.
- At the matchmaking have the four players who are going to be the ones to get killed press the
button once so they're all on the same Spec Ops Team. - The 5th person should be either by himself or with others who are waiting their turn for trophy. So have them press the button twice until they are on the U.S.S. Team.
- Using the PS3 Chat decide who's going first as they will be the person alone by themselves or either with others who are waiting for their turn.
- When the match starts have the Spec Ops Team run on top of the small building that is directly outside their starting spawn point.
- The person going for the trophy from the U.S.S. Team will run over to their location and onto the same building.
- Now with a good shotgun (Juggernaut) or the Hammer, aim for the head and keep shooting them until they die and be sure that you are the only one that's kill them. If a hunter or zombie comes and kills them from you, then you won't get that kill for eliminating them.
- The other U.S.S. Teammates (if there are any boosters on his team) will be the ones defending and killing the zombies and hunters while the person going for the trophy does their thing.
- Repeat step 7 over again and switch and rotate members around until everyone in the boosting session unlocks the trophy. I do prefer the people going for the trophy switch over to the U.S.S. Team, while the ones who already have it can get killed or switch to defending the person going for the trophy. Do remember that you must kill all 4 opponents in order for the trophy to unlock. A Teammate accidentally killing an opponent will not unlock the trophy.
