How to unlock the Feelin' Stronger Every Day achievement in Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City - Definitive Guide

In order to unlock this achievement you have to fully upgrade one of the skills. I did it with the first skill of the grenadier, ulocking it cost me 750 xp the first upgrade 2500 and the last upgrade 5000. Once i had done that the achievemnt unlocked
