Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City

This achievement requires you to buy the abilities for every character (Lupo, Beltway, Four Eyes, Vector, Bertha, and Spectre)

Each ability will cost different amounts but every character has 5 abilities so you'll be buying a total of 30 altogether.

You don't need to upgrade every ability (that's another achievement), you just need to buy them all.

To give you an idea of how far along you are until you get this achievement, you should have enough exp to be able to unlock all weapons, abilities and upgrades at level 75.
