As a chaotic PVP game I can’t give a step by step but I can give some useful tips.
AS A SURVIVOR
Claire is very good at stunlocking people and getting out of sticky spots
Jill has a great combo of mines to camp a corner and stun lock people
Ada can do massive damage with her LB and crossbow
For Leon I upgraded his dual wield and mowed people down whenever it was up
Hunk I didn’t find his abilities too great, I just upgraded his guns damage
AS A SURVIVOR
- Pick up vials whenever they’re available
- Keep range from the infected
- When infected are grouped up spamming melee on each other this is the perfect time to dump your mags on the group and gain lots of points
- GO FOR HEADSHOTS
- Use your abilities FIRST before shooting, pretty much always.. Staggers are extremely broken in this game
- Use your points from playing to upgrade your characters with coins in the menus
- Always go for the revenge kill first for extra points
- If you can help it ignore other infected and hunt down survivors for easier points
- Mostly just spam RT in a group, monster abilities have a windup time and you’re most likely gonna get staggered if you’re in a fight.

According to the above list and my experience, every character has it's pros in some way, but some of them just harder to win with.
Claire: According to my experience the hardest win for me was with Claire. Her weapons just suck, barely do any damage. Only success with her if you can stun enemies with her shock grenade and can pump the enemy to death if you're lucky, but other than this go for vials and pray for some luck to be in a lobby with noobies.
Ada: One of her abilities is some kind of dodge I guess, don't really know, other is some exploding arrow kind which is not bad, not great, but comes with an evasive move which is nice. Her bow is slow and not so great to kill others. I got lucky with monster form.
Jill: Not good, not bad. Her baton attack combo is great, mines not so great, but playing with her wasn't painful at all.
Hunk: Cloak not so useful, stab skill is brutal. Personal weapon pretty good, just go for ammo caches and vials. If monsters attack you stab them, roll away and shoot it to death. Pretty easy according to my experience.
Chris: It's hard to say if he's great or not so great, but after some rounds Chris is pretty devastate. First of all, you'll die with him a lot first, because he has much less health than anybody else. Once you get the hang of using his invincibility skill you'll be first very soon in the upcoming matches.
Leon: His kick skill is not so good, pistols good but nothing extra. Shotgun on the other hand is awesome. I managed kill anybody even in monster form with it. Shoot, dodge, shoot and every human enemy bites the dust and even monsters fell before me with this tactic. Shotgun makes this character super easy in my opinion. Works best on R.P.D. level.

You can do this legitimately or you can boost easy enough.
Legitimate Way
Pick the intended character you need your win with before going into the game. Make sure to select humans in the main menu to give your characters upgrades.
Each character has different attributes that you can see in game. For example Jill has less health than other characters so keep that in mind when playing. Try to be more stealthy and not run out into the open as much.
Now that your in game it's vital to pick up the vials to turn into a stronger zombie. This will ensure you a few extra kills each life. Games are only 5 mins long so just do your best and upgrade your characters as much as you can with RP points.
Boosting Way
You need to pick a server that is dead and turn off cross-platform. Usually the best dead server is Asia.
You NEED 4 players to start a game.
Once you are all in lobby together search and you can all get into the same game together very easily.
Then when in the game meet up in the centre on the map. It's practical to trade wins with your team like everyone gets one win each and so forth.
You have to wait the 5 mins and play the game as intended and work towards your season pass too.
You cannot cheese it, by leaving the game early to give the trophy hunter the win. We tested this and it did not work. You will have to wait out the 5 min game.
