As the description says, you have to kill a player using a monster's finisher move. The easiest way I found to do this is to transform into Jack (by getting just one Virus vial), then approaching human players and spamming LB. Jack will do this "punch" which, if it hits, will play a little Fatality-like animation and kill off the enemy player, netting you the achievement.
