RP is spend on the "store" of the game and is won on each match, you can use boosters to double your RP, but you'll get more than enough at the end of the game.

To spend it, go to the Human/Creature section of the main menu and click on customize, buy habilities that will help you through your matches. You can also spend it on cosmetics or wallpapers, but the habilities are most useful to get more kills and higher places in matches.
