Run around once a bioweapon has appeared. Once you see your teammate being grabbed, go close to it and use martin's fever skill which will flash the bioweapon and saving your teammate.

Only bioweapons you can get this on are Mr.X (Daniel) and G-Birkin (Anette). Yateveo (Alex) can not be interrupted by the flash, only by fire. Spencer’s ultimate is a laser wall and Nemesis (Nikolai) has no grab.
If you are in a match with Daniel or Anette save your flash in case the opportunity presents itself. Realistically your best bet is to do it against Anette, as players just tend to spam Mr.x’s X attack, never using the grab.

Flash Baton is Martin's special move, which charges up over time and can be activated using 
+
. It blinds any nearby creatures and stuns them. But to earn this particular trophy, you must use this move to prevent a Bioweapon (e.g. Birkin or Tyrant) from killing a grabbed teammate.
For example, Birkin's grab sees him shoving survivors to the ground, and you'll notice a revive icon appearing onscreen. If he completes the grab, he'll crush your teammates head into paste. But before, this is your chance to earn this trophy, as stunning them and saving your teammate unlocks this.
Naturally - with this being partly down to the Mastermind player - it does require waiting, which is why once your special is charged I recommend saving it. But in almost any match that reaches Area 2, the mastermind uses a bioweapon. Just fingers crossed they perform a grab!
