You can still win even if 2 survivors escape. Just make sure you kill the last 2 if 2 of them left already.

In order to earn this trophy, you need to have the timer completely run out, while at least one survivor still hasn't escaped.
The best way to earn this is to utilize the Mastermind's bioweapons. Placing Yateveo. Alex's bioweapon, right at the exit is useful as it's difficult to get past and is also difficult to take down with it's large HP pool. With Yateveo you should grab a survivor to ensure and instant kill. Once they manage to make it back, you can try to grab them again. Doing this can hopefully buy you enough time to bring down the timer and earn your trophy.
