I recommend using several Vapors to greatly increase your chances. Mostly Infectious, Energy Leech and Berserker respectively. Infectious will weaken the survivors making it easier to down them. Which is exactly why Berserker also speeds that up.
Energy Leech works when those creatures having it grabs any survivor. You'll get more Bio Energy than you regularly would. This is helpful for many reasons. I also recommend not attempting this on a group of high rank players.
You need while controlling any creature to down two or more survivors during a match. You also could take a risk in using an V-Act or in Area 3, Remove Shell. Those are zombies with several enhancers abled.
Believe it or not, you could go in with a handful of opportunities or plenty of them. It depends on those you're facing as well what you have access to in your deck. You can weaken survivors by other means as long it doesn't down them.

For this I used the Dealer zombie since it has regen or the heavy zombie that has a lot of health. Make sure the survivors hp is at yellow or so to get them down faster of if you got them trap in a corner, simply slash away!
