Easiest location to farm this:

Episode 1 - Barry's Episode:

About 15min. into the game, right after the stealth section where you have to switch to Natalia and learn her skill you will enter a room with a closed door to your right and the control room key right in front of you. Go around the shelf and you will find a hole. Switch with

to Natalia and enter it with

. Now turn left and pick up the brick on the floor with

. Turn around and use

to aim at the zombie on the floor and hit him with

, you don't need to trigger him in order to make it count.

I did this on CASUAL difficulty. I don't know how many hits it takes on higher difficulties. So might as well go with that.

Press

, hit RETRY. Rinse and repeat!

@ Kanchanaburi: Yeah sorry not doing that. The achievement is easy enough and really don't need any visual guide. You can still click the link "Notarzt" has provided or any other video on Youtube. I like this solution to be a written one.
