If you are trying to get the 8 Sub weapons kills, you may have to do a run through and SAVE your explosive bottles. I can only find two locations where I could reliably find alcohol (village when you first turn the corner and crawl through a hole in the side of the house) AND (in the bottom of the first stair case you come across - gun powder) Bottles can be found aplenty. You are going to probably need 4 bottles, or more if you miss all three dogs at once.

Also, you can use Natalia and melee with the brick. I can usually get 3 hits per brick.

@Kanchanaburi Thanks, glad to be helpful. Yeah, I had bottles saved up from Episode 1, but if you don't either you could go back to E1 and save some or save some from one of your E2 playthroughs. Good tip on the melee as well.

Wow Alice, another great guide, went though and got every single one (in Claire's run so far) except getting hit by Pedro (my stupid AI), if I may add a couple tips, your machine gun tip for the bar siege was INVALUABLE!!! What I did when I first started that level was take my "quick reload 2" off my handgun and put it on my machine gun.....also, once you climb on the roof after Neil kicks down the ladder is another GREAT spot to farm some of the (stun with Moira's light), (8X Headshots), (8 sub-weapon kills), and the (Knock down 5X after stunning with Moira's light)......less risk of getting hit by Pedro.....just my 2 cents, lol

@Warboy Nice tips on the quick reload for the machine pistol and on the ladder spot. Definitely would be helpful. Funny enough a run that I got the medal for not being damaged by Pedro was when I killed him quickly with a bunch of explosive bottles right in the building, haha. Good luck with getting the rest of them. I found Barry's chapter to be a little more challenging, but mostly that was to do with figuring out the paths of the Revenants in the warehouse and how to do the follow up attacks on them. Hopefully you'll have an easier time than I did. I got the achievement for all the medals on Chapter 3 tonight, so that video will be up soon!

I think the Revenants in the warehouse are going to be the reason for many MANY retries, lol

@ DarkShadow ohh, First part of episode 4 is a cakewalk, even though you have to do a few re-plays to get them all.....

Great guides. I'll be sure to give them the +1 once I start the One version.

There's one minor thing regarding the Follow-up kills... I'm not sure if this is different in the 360 version or not but when I tried reloading the checkpoint outside to get the two enemies to have weakspots in their heads, it didn't work. Because of this, I had to use the section just before this where you have 2 enemies and another large enemy that hurls the "explosives" at you. This gives you a total of 4 enemies that you can get the kills on which helps a little bit.

You could include in this solution that there are plenty of bottles to get sub weapon kills with in Claire's episode AND you need to unlock the follow-up attack skill ahead of time to get the medal with Barry, VERY important.

Yeah had to play Barry again because of 2 follow up attacks, retries did not change weak point from leg and it is waste of time trying to get it from that. So take 1-2 from previous room instead of sniping thingthrower.

I got one of my follow-up attack kills with Barry after knocking over (but not killing) a revenant with an explosive bottle, so unless that was a glitch, that should work as an alternative strategy.

I was wrong, the Revenants in the warehouse was a cakewalk compared to those darn 2 follow up kills!! One out of ten retries I get 2 "weak heads" and that snot thrower (who normally LOVES to fling that stuff left and right) decides to take his sweet 'ole time, and after the second one grabs me (a lot), so I have to hit him off, by the time he throws one, it ends up killing the second guy....grr....still got it though....
Oh well, another speed run for the 11 brick hits and the 8 sub kills.......easy peezie....

In case you were wondering, the only gimmick box that wasn't in the video can only be reached when you kill Pedro as Clair..Right before the stealth section, where you have to downstairs, instead go upstairs, you need the drill to get inside. The last one is in the tower, go around the right side of the room and there it is!
I hit retry at least 30 times trying to get the two follow up hits, how I actually got them was restarting Barry's episode, after I used the drill to get the gimmick box, I ended up back in the warehouse where the last two stealth kills were. both had weak heads so I used that blob throwing guy to knock them down, and get that medal!!

One of the more difficult medals in Episode Two involves killing Mutant Pedro by only shooting his eyes. There is one unique requirement for this medal, and it is not killing Pedro as Claire in the first part of the episode. That way, when you take over with Barry, you will actually engage the mutated Terra Saver in a boss battle near the end of the chapter.

Note: You will know whether or not you will fight Pedro when you arrive at the bar that begin's Claire and Moira's chapter. If you see a drill on the floor, you will not engage Pedro. You must replay Claire's chapter and avoid her former colleague, once he transforms, until Neil kicks down the ladder for you to escape.

As such, Barry's boss battle with Pedro will take place in the building containing the elevator that Claire and Moira used earlier. Nearby, you will come across a cracked wall that requires a drill -- Pedro's drill to be more exact. Ascend the stairs, eventually pushing a crashed helicopter out of the way near the building's top floor.

In the next room waits Mutant Pedro. To get the medal for shooting out his eyes, you will need to switch back and forth between Barry and Natalia. The reason is, the eyes must be shot in a specific order before Pedro will fall, and Natalia has the ability to spot whichever eye Barry should be shooting (indicated by a neon yellow glow).

This medal is also easily won on the more casual difficulties, because with all the weapon parts you should have picked up by now, the pistol and assault rifle destroy Pedro's eyes within a couple shots without damaging his overall health too significantly.

Nice guide, though it's only for this specific medal, I just used the assault rifle in countdown mode to do it thanks to your mention (I tried in vain with the pistol because I was too paranoid about killing him).

Might want to mention at the top that there are significant spoilers, as some people might look for tips to get the medals on first-run and would not want spoilers.
By the way it wasn't me who downvoted, I prefer constructive feedback.
