How to unlock the What You Can't See Can Kill You achievement in Resident Evil Revelations 2 - Definitive Guide
The good news is that Glasps are the only enemies in this level. The bad news is that you have no character that can actively see them due to the enemy being invisible. The enemies also have an insta-kill melee attack when they hit you, however the closer they get to you the more your screen get distorted. These enemies hover above the ground so a shot aiming slightly at the ground should connect. Try using a close range weapon like a shotgun or an explosive if you can spare them.
DO NOT USE MOIRA FOR THIS: The only weapon Moira has available (assuming this is a first playthrough) is a crowbar. It can do some damage to enemies, but the melee attack of the Glasp is a grab attack and takes priority even if you could one shot them with her.

Another good news is that you can empty your weapons (and use all your bombs) with these creatures and as soon as you have the achievement you can exit the game and not lose ammunition. By the way, the best bomb for the Glasps is smoke, you can see exactly where they are.

Your guide is misleading. It should say KILL 6 GLASPS AS CLAIRE IN ONE RUN. Don't kill any Glasps as Moira. Had to do this s**t 4 times before it unlocked 😩, because I kept throwing bombs as Moira and shooting as Claire. Also all 6 need to be killed in one run.

The title of this achievement is a bit deceptive, because I found it only worked if the character you were controlling at the time defeats the Glasp. It's not a team effort, even if you collectively kill all 6 Glasps. For example, throwing a Smokescreen Bottle while controlling Moira but having the CPU Claire kill the Glasp will lock you out of the achievement. My strategy was to give all my bottles to Claire, and controlling her, I killed them all with either Explosive or Fire bottles. I found that Decoy bottles actually also work stupidly well against them.
As the achievement suggests, it's mandatory to play on Normal or Survival. On Easy, there are only 4 Glasps. There are a total of EXACTLY 6 (on Normal, anyways), and they come in groups of twos.
They are pretty easy to spot, as the screen will start to change when you are near one (the same as in Barry's chapters). The first two are on the same screen as the first workbench, as you make your descent when the tower starts to blow up. The next two are further on as you progress (after destroying the locks on the gate, but before entering the door for the outdoor descent). The last two are in the final part of the tower, after climbing down on the outside you will come back inside. You'll want to kill them quickly because it's a timed race to the bottom.
After you've killed all 6, the achievement will unlock. No need to finish the chapter and wait for the results screen for it to show up.

There's two very important things that are required for the achievement but aren't outright stated. Firstly you must play on Normal difficulty the final two Glasps will not spawn on Casual. Secondly you must kill every Glasp as Claire, killing them with both will not work.
The first two Glasps are in the room down the ladder after you shoot the two locks off the gate. Do not go down the second ladder until you have killed the two Glasps
The next two are down that ladder mentioned previously. Don't leave this room either until both are killed.
The final two are pretty hard to miss but they're in the area where you and your partner open the gate. Once you go down the ladder you should kill the next two within a minute. If you miss either reload a checkpoint.
