Resident Evil Revelations

The first handprint can be found during the beach section of the first episode. Jill and Parker will have to scan, and kill, numerous flesh piles. When you get to the section with a dock, you should see a large dark green container belonging to the FBC. On it, there's your first handprint. Use to being up the "Genesis", and hold while aiming at it, to scan.
