I’ve broken all 19, and went back around after following a guide, it’s still saying 18...

I unlocked this during my first run in the Castle. No bugs for me.

Bugged. Did all without guide. Did all with this good guide.

Really a bugged achievement in a Resident Evil?!
First time in my life, a Capcom game hast a glitched achievement 😞

Thanks for the guide. My counter is still at 18/19 even though I smashed all of them. Well...waiting for a fix

I recommend to save before attemting this achievement before leaving the castle. Smash the windows, get the achievement and then reload your save and leave that castle. The reason is that attemting to break all windows will consume bullets and health. The tall Demetrue thing will follow you and hurt you while you break her windows 🤣

Idk why people comment that the achievement didn’t pop for them. That’s got nothing to do with the person who wrote the guide 🤣. Achievements have been glitchy since their inception. So either you didn’t get all 19, or it’s buggy. Great guide by the way!! 👍

I was stuck at 18 too, but luckily I saved right after starting (after breaking two windows). When i did it a second time from that save, I was still at 18 but was able to narrow down the possible problem window to the first 3 in the video. For me, I had broken all the windows in the dungeon-like kitchen, but one didn't count. I shot a grenade at it and it broke, unlocking the achievement. Hope this helps anyone stuck at like I was
