You need to open all 10 toilets in the village in ONE playthrough.
2 toilets on first visit to the village
6 toilets on second visit to the village
1 toilet after returning from Benevento house
1 toilet in the Moro section (Third visit to the village).

There are only 10 toilets in Resident Evil Village. Since the areas of the village are opening gradually, all 10 can only be opened at a certain point.
The first skipable toilet is in the area with Moreau, near the Duke's shop and the water damper control panel. You cannot return to this area. All other toilets can be opened after the battle with Moreau, but before going to Heisenberg's factory.
