I just got this over the weekend (March 2022) and I had to buy the suitcase for 10000. I had previously bought bullets and a couple of weapon upgrades and no pop. These were bought on several occasions so it wasn't all in one transaction.

If you took the Delux Edition, then you will have the choice to buy a Master Key, decorations for a pistol and a shotgun with a raccoon and something else for 0 lei. You buy the trophy too.

Buy any item from Gunther, the only seller in the entire story game (where Gunther is, it's a safe place).
