How to unlock the Squawk Shot achievement in Resident Evil Village - Definitive Guide
You can reload a save and kill the same crow(s) more than once to get this.
A good spot to do this is early in the game, when you first open the castle gate by inserting the 2 crests. There are 2 crows sitting in the middle of the bridge right in front of you, and there is a save point in the church right behind you. Get close enough to have them fly away and then shoot them. If you're having trouble, try aiming right above one of them and slowly moving closer until it takes flight. Restart and do it again until you get 5. Very quick and easy!

There is another good spot after getting out of the castle, talking with the old hag, unlocking a door with the wing key, there are 3 crows that will fly away when you walk into the courtyard and a checkpoint just happened. Shotgun, reload, etc until you have it.

Thank you @Scenic Route 16, that worked a treat for me!

Echoing every one else's guides to state where I got this achievement. Any place to get this is good to report, yeah?
When you finally escape Castle Dimitrescu and defeat Lady Dimitrescu's mutated form, you will escape out of a door and into a forked pathway. It has a save hut and a bridge you cannot cross. The one path has a locked door, which you need to shoot the padlock off, that continues the story. Break it and enter a cave path until you meet the Old Woman at an altar after a small swim. She will leave after a cutscene and the box on the table will have a key to leave the room. Once you are outside you will be in a place named Ceremony Site. A gigantic metal dome will be on the ground directly in front of you and behind it will have 3 crows on the ground. Shoot a random shot to make them scatter, then pull out your shotgun and shoot the crow to your left (as the flight path is longer than the other two) as it takes flight. Reload your checkpoint and you will be in the same area as soon as you left the prior room. You don't even have to walk a single step. Rinse and repeat 5 times.
I'd like to give a helpful nod to using the reload tip from alanp9 in their solution. It makes this achievement very easy.
If you had not killed any animal life prior to this you will also receive this achievement.

You should also get the "Hunter" Achievement if you don't have it yet. You will get that one after shooting your 1st Crow.
You will find 2 Crows after you open the Castle Gate. Make sure you SAVE your game in the cabin next to the gate. (Where we found the first Gate Piece).
Scare the Crows. Shoot both while they are flying.
🏆"HUNTER" UNLOCKED🏆
Press Start > Restart
It will load you back at the typewriter. Walk back to the gate, place the pieces, enter the gate, and Kill the Crows again. Rinse and repeat until you have Shot 5 Flying Crows.

Press Choose Restart Rinse & Repeat until you Kill 5 Crows.
This Solution will Save you a Struggle & Time. The Shotgun is much Easier due to it having Spread Fire, Crows only take 1-2 Shots to Kill them with a Shotgun while close enough.

When out and about in the main village hub area (the area with the first goat statue collectable) go to each corner that surrounds this area and listen out for crow noises. When you hear them that means they have started flying away so start looking about in the sky for them. Its usually 3 crows every time, so just repeat untill achievement pops. (FYI the giant flock of crows cant be killed)
In this video guide I will show you how to hunt an animal during the story and
shoot down five flying crows in the story. You will get the hunter achievement when going for the crows. In the first section in the video is the first time I found crows, just make sure they are flying before shooting them. Now you can reload the last save and it should accumulate for the achievement. If you want to wait later for a bigger group you can wait until you are done with the castle and head back to the graveyard. Once there you will find four crows on the ground. Just approach them and shoot them while they fly. I didn't get it the first attempt so it will work if you reload. Once you get the fifth crow while flying the achievement will pop.

This method requires you to first obtain the
trophy, gained after escaping Dimitrescu Castle. If you haven't got there yet, stop reading this guide to avoid possible spoilers.
Once you've defeated Lady Dimitrescu, you'll come across Duke in the village, he'll then ask you to retrieve another piece of the winged key. Upon return, you'll unlock a new area: Potter's Field. Save your game in the typewriter next to the shop and follow the path up the hill until you see a crow flying above you. There'll be a large tree in front of you, turn it left and you'll see three crows devouring a corpse, equip your shotgun and approach them. Shoot as soon as they start flying. Restart the most recent checkpoint and repeat until you get five.

This Guide is partially wrong, you can kill 2 Crows standing on a bridge with water underneath that leads to the Castle.

Easiest way to get this is after you escape the burning house while coming through the field. You'll see multiple crows from there to the entrance of the Castle. If you don't have them by then, the Castle has a small crop field in which crows are.

Almost at the very beginning of the game, right after you meet with the whole “family” and escape from werewolves and traps, when you go outside there will be a checkpoint and a scarecrow with 2 crows. Reload the checkpoint to the trophy

Crows are found at the very beginning of the game and also at the opening of many gates leading to the leaders.

He shot at a group of crows with a grenade launcher and killed four at once (after scaring them away). The remaining one from the pistol can be found in the village (they spawn often, you need to watch carefully)

Shoot 5 crows. They usually live on scarecrows. First you need to stir them up, and then kill them.

You shouldn’t waste time on flocks of crows flocking in the sky - this is a dummy. But if you drive a crow off the ground, you can shoot it from any distance.

You can boost through the last checkpoint after the first bossfight and a conversation with the hag witch as soon as you go outside, you need to shoot the flying and not the sitting crow, 5 checkpoint restarts and the trophy is yours
