This is right after you entered the metal gate leading to a underground tunnel located beneath the main stairs of the main hall in the Spencer Mansion, which needs the two Stone & Metal Objects.
There is a typewriter and an item box (down the stairs). Make a save-file if you want to keep Barry's 44 Magnum (more powerful than the general Magnum Revolver). You can get this achievement and simply reload, choosing the other option to obtain it. Although this will negate the following achievement:

Continue the down the tunnel path and trigger a cutscene. When it ends you get a question:
"Give the gun back to Barry?"
Answer YES and you will unlock this achievement! Careful though, this triggers the actual bossfight with Lisa Trevor.

(Missable) This is a Jill only trophy and only happens in a single instance of the game. Once you have two Metal and Stone Objects and head towards the Laboratory entrance, you’ll find yourself underground with Barry; Jill will disarm him and then Lisa Trevor will come in. Give Barry his gun back to earn this trophy.

When you reach the Altar, you'll have a confrontation with Barry that ends up with a choice of Yes or No. You need to select Yes and defeat Lisa Trevor as normal. The achievement should unlock after the decision but if it doesn't, defeat Lisa and it should follow.
Make sure she does not knock Barry into the pit during this fight otherwise you forfeit the "I'm a Member of S.T.A.R.S." achievement.
